To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. For best performance and longevity, all fragrance oils should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Returns cannot be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, altered, or improperly stored.
